Payments, deposits, refunds, and cancellation policies are governed by the applicable booking platform or written agreement.
We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by third-party platforms, banks, or payment processors.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the policy selected at the time of booking and the platform through which the reservation was made.
Any request for refunds outside the booking platform must be approved in writing by Agence Azure Privilège and may be refused.
7. Guest Obligations

Comply with house rules communicated before or during the stay
Declare the correct number of occupants
Avoid illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities
Be responsible for any damage caused during their stay
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and/or additional charges.

Guests may be held financially responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
Agence Azure Privilège is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

Agence Azure Privilège acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or safety of third-party services.
Any disputes related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the service provider.
